HOW CONSUMER LAW RELATES TO THIS WARRANTY
THISWARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHERRIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE, PROVINCE, OR COUNTRY.
OTHER THAN AS PERMITTED BY LAW, ARPHA DOES NOT EXCLUDE, LIMIT OR SUSPENDOTHER RIGHTS YOU HAVE, INCLUDING THOSE THAT MAY ARISE FROM THENONCONFORMITY OF A SALES CONTRACT. FOR A FULL UNDERSTANDING OF YOURRIGHTS YOU SHOULD CONSULT THE LAWS OF YOUR STATE, PROVINCE, ORCOUNTRY.

PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY
The benefits to the consumer given by this Arpha warranty do not excludeany other rights and remedies of the consumer under any law inrelation to the goods and services to which the warranty relates.This warranty applies to any Arpha products you have purchased froman authorized Arpha reseller or directly through www.arpha.com.
Our policy is to offer product warranties and perform services only onproducts purchased directly from Arpha or from an authorized Arphareseller, and only accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Ifyou purchase an Arpha product from an unauthorized reseller, or ifthe original factory serial number has been removed, defaced oraltered, this Arpha warranty will not be valid.
Unfortunately, there are websites and dealers who claim to be authorized Arpharesellers but are not. Products sold by them do not carry an Arphawarranty. Such products may be counterfeit, used, defective, or notdesigned for your country. Please purchase only from authorizedresellers.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS
Arpha warrants its products in their original packaging against defects inmaterial and workmanship when used normally for their intendedpurpose.
AllArpha limited warranties begin on the date of purchase. PLEASERETAIN A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE.
Thestandard warranty length is one (1) year but may vary depending onthe product. Some components like batteries, power supplies, ormounts may have different warranty periods. See specific productpages at www.arpha.comfor details.
Warranties apply only to the original purchaser (defined as the first buyer fromArpha or an authorized reseller). Arpha warranties, includinglifetime warranties, are nottransferable.
TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND ANY IMPLIEDWARRANTIES ARE YOUR EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES AND REPLACE ALL OTHERWARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE ARPHA WARRANTY
This warranty does not apply to damage from shipping, handling, misuse,accident, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or usenot in accordance with instructions. Warranty is void if theproduct’s serial number is altered or removed.
For products using replaceable batteries, only high-quality,non-counterfeit, non-rechargeable batteries should be used. Damagecaused by using rechargeable or substandard batteries voids thiswarranty.
Warranty is void if repaired or modified by anyone other than Arpha or itsauthorized agents.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
To obtain warranty service during the warranty period:
- Contact Arpha support to obtain an RMA number.
- Ship the defective product (at your cost) to the address provided.
- Include proof of purchase.
Arpha will not accept collect shipments. Replacement products will bereturned to you at Arpha’s cost. Goods may be replaced withrefurbished items. If replacement is not possible, Arpha may issue arefund of the depreciated value of the product.
If your Arpha product stores data or software, you should make backups.During service, data may be lost, deleted, or reformatted. Arpha isnot responsible for loss of any programs, data, or other contentstored on the product.
ARPHA'S RESPONSIBILITIES
Ifyou meet the conditions above, Arpha will replace your product with afunctionally equivalent product at no charge (except for returnshipping).
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
EXCEPTAS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BYLAW, ARPHA IS NOT LIABLE FOR:
- SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- DATA LOSS OR CORRUPTION
- LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE
- COST OF REPLACEMENT GOODS OR PROGRAM RECOVERY
- DAMAGE FROM PRODUCT MALFUNCTION
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of incidental or consequentialdamages, so this exclusion may not apply to you.
This document does not affect your statutory rights under applicable U.S.or Australian consumer law. Subject to those rights, this warranty isexclusive and replaces all others, express or implied.
This warranty is governed by the laws of the country where the Arphaproduct was purchased.
